Join us on Pre-college Instruction in Philosophy as we welcome a panel of high school students from the Philosophy Learning and Teaching Organization’s (PLATO) newly-formed Student Advisory Council. Five students from around the country will be presenting about the Philosophy of Gender. This panel will discuss some influential theories of gender, and offer new perspectives stemming from the view of how gender has changed as a lived experience for their generation. CPIP is pleased to host this event where younger philosophers can serve as subjects of knowledge rather than as merely objects of discussion. This webinar welcomes all audiences, but particularly seeks out theorists from this field to engage in dialogue.
