The goal of the program is to help highly motivated young people (ages 13+) level up—by strategically aligning their projects, extracurricular activities, and personal growth experiences to maximize impact, build a meaningful trajectory, and unlock their full potential. Whether they're launching initiatives, pursuing creative work, or leading in their communities, we help them bring everything they’re doing to the next level.
