Young Global Leader
The Young Global Leader Initiative is a selective, year-round program for ambitious young people who are ready to take responsibility, lead real initiatives, and create meaningful change in the world. Participants do not simply study leadership in theory. They identify problems that matter to them, initiate and lead projects, and grow through action, service, and real-world responsibility.
The initiative is designed for young people with strong potential who want to strengthen character, leadership capacity, and practical ability. It is highly personalized, strengths-based, and built around one-on-one mentorship and coaching-style support. Each participant is selected through an interview process, and space is limited to 10 Young Global Leaders per year.
Who it is for
High-potential, highly motivated young people ages 13 and older, including high school students, college students, and young professionals, who are ready to step forward, lead projects, and make a real contribution.
