Global Young Leader Program
WHAT: Global Young Leader program is a highly competitive, year-round, in-person and/or virtual program designed specifically for ambitious young people interested in developing character and maximizing potential to grow as global level leaders. The program is strengths-based, one-on-one, coaching style engagement. It is a highly individualized program, offered to selected individuals after an interview process. Space is limited to 10 young leaders per year.

WHAT: This is strengths-based, formal leadership development program, delivered in a group setting. It offers elements of individualized coaching, as it focuses on an individuals’ innate talents and passion, while preparing participants for high-level interactions with world leaders as delegates to various global events. The program broadens perspectives on possibilities and sets higher standards for setting and achieving personal goals. Delivered in a group setting, it allows participants to be inspired by each other’s work and learn from each other. Program includes preparation for and participation in various high-level events around the world.
WHO: Designed for ambitious young people (ages 13+), eager to get to the next level of personal and professional development and to have their voices heard outside of their peer groups.
